Every year, our Kaleo family and friends from around the world come together for a powerful time of connection, encouragement, and renewal in Jesus.
The Family Gathering is a special 3-day event designed to refresh hearts, strengthen vision, and build lasting relationships. Leaders, pastors, and church members gather to worship, receive impactful teaching, and encourage one another in what God is doing across the nations.
It’s more than just an event—it’s a time to be refilled, refocused, and reminded that we’re part of something bigger.

The Cost
The conference is free! This does not include food, transportation, and accommodation.
Accomidations
At one of our bases in Reynosa, we offer several family rooms for couples and families with children, as well as separate dormitories for men and women.
The dormitories are equipped with twin-size beds, and the family rooms include a queen-size mattress along with twin-size beds. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.
The family rooms have private bathrooms, while the dormitories share a men’s bathroom and a women’s bathroom. In addition, each family room includes a refrigerator in case you would like to bring or purchase your own food.
Be aware that while we have many dorm rooms and family rooms, because of the number of people that come to the Family Gathering every year, we max out every room. Priority is given to those who register first!
Transportation
We do provide transportation to and from our church, where the conference is held, for all three days! Any transportation outside of this will be your responsibility.
Food
For those staying on our base, breakfast is provided for free! You will be responsible for buying all other meals. Several different lunch and dinner options will be available for purchase at Jacinto Church were the three-day conference will be held.

What to expect at Family Gathering
Come ready to receive. Every year at our Family Gathering, we experience the powerful presence of God in a fresh way. We consistently see lives transformed—people healed, hearts renewed, and many deeply touched by the Lord. We are expectant that this year will be a time of powerful encounters, clear direction, and a renewed fire to go and fulfill the Great Commission.
Because this is a three-day gathering, we make the most of every moment. Come prepared for a full and meaningful schedule. Each day includes three sessions—morning, afternoon, and evening—with the evening sessions often extending later into the night. There will be breaks for lunch and dinner throughout the day.
Childcare is available during all three sessions. Please note that most childcare will be provided in Spanish.

Kaleo is the Greek word for calling. In Isaiah 6, the prophet Isaiah encountered God and was touched by His Holy fire. After the fire touched him, Isaiah said “I heard God's call ‘Who shall I send, and who will go for us?’. From the depth of my heart I cried out ‘Here am I! Send me!’” After this encounter with God, he was never the same.
We invite you to come and be part of this pioneering school. Come encounter His fire and be transformed for what He has commissioned you to do. God is calling His sons and daughters to come to deeper levels of intimacy with Him so they can GO and fulfill the Great Commission.
