Kaleo School of Leadership | Mexico
This is a three-week intensive school for leaders, pastors and church planters. This school is for those who have a desire to see and steward revival in their churches, communities, and nations. The curriculum combines theological and theoretical lessons with cross-cultural training and practical classes on church planting and leadership, with the goal of raising up mature leaders with healed hearts who know how to minister in spirit and truth.
Who is this school for?
The Kaleo Leadership School is designed to raise up strong, Spirit-led leaders. Our training focuses on equipping three key groups:
Pastors and Missionaries – Coaching, encouragement, and impartation for those currently serving in ministry.
Church Planters – In-depth, practical training for those called to plant and establish churches.
Leaders – Those who feel called to serve as part of a ministry team, both locally and in missions.

Which one is for me? School of Missions or Leadership School?
The difference between the Kaleo School of Missions and the Kaleo Leadership School is this:
Kaleo School of Missions
KSM is an intensive program for those who feel called to missions and church planting. It can serve as an entry point to cross-cultural missions or a chance to be deeply immersed in the values that sustain revival.
Kaleo Leadership School
KLS is an advanced (level 2) school for people who are currently serving as a pastor or a leader in ministry, or have graduated from either the Iris Harvest School or the Kaleo School of Missions, and want to go deeper in learning how to establish the culture of the Kingdom of Heaven as a leader in the body of Christ.

After acceptance, you will receive an email with a link to set up a student account. On this account, you will see a checklist that needs to be completed before attending the school. One of the things on the checklist is a student manual, which is required reading for all students and will answer most of your questions.

Our Mexico Leadership School is a 3-week program and includes classroom training and multiple outreaches. You will gain practical mission experience through training by experienced missionaries who have spent years working in Africa.
Tuition is $1,100 USD, which includes a non-refundable $100 registration fee for all international students. For Mexicans living in Mexico, the price is $500 USD. Tuition does not include travel to and from the school.
After graduating, you may have the opportunity to join a Kaleo International missions base as a long-term missionary (decisions made on a case-by-case basis).
