A short-term mission trip is more than just a journey—it’s an opportunity to grow in your faith, step out in obedience, and be used by God to bring hope to others. As you serve families, children, and local churches, you’ll see lives touched—including your own.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willing heart. God will do the rest.

The Cost
The cost is $70 per person per day. This includes children six and above. For children five and under, there is no cost.
Number of Team Members
Each visiting team must include a minimum of five people to help cover the basic costs of the trip. The maximum number of adults is fifteen. Children do not count toward this number, and the exact number of children allowed will be determined by the base leaders, depending on the ages of the children and the capacity of the base.

Housing
At our Reynosa base, we have plenty of space to comfortably host your team. We offer several family rooms for couples and families with children, as well as separate dormitories for men and women.
The dormitories are equipped with twin-size beds, and the family rooms include a queen-size mattress along with twin-size beds. All rooms have air conditioning and heating.
The family rooms have private bathrooms, while the dormitories share a men’s bathroom and a women’s bathroom. In addition, each family room includes a refrigerator in case you would like to bring or purchase your own food.

To get started, please email us at [email protected] and let us know of your interest. After we hear from you, we will send you two forms to complete:
A Short-Term Trip Application
A Pastoral Reference Form (to be completed by your pastor on behalf of the team leader)
Once both forms have been reviewed and approved, we will schedule a video call with the team leader. During this call, we will share more about the trip, discuss dates, answer questions, and begin planning your visit.

What to expect on your Mission Trip:
While activities may vary depending on the time of year, you can expect to be actively involved in sharing God’s love and making a real impact in our community.

Community outreach and relationship-building
Children’s programs
Evangelism and sharing the hope of Jesus
Life groups and discipleship
Preparing and distributing meals to those in need
Participating in local church services
Hands-on mission projects that meet practical needs
Your mission trip will be a time of growth, connection, and transformation—for you and for those you serve.
Kaleo is the Greek word for calling. In Isaiah 6, the prophet Isaiah encountered God and was touched by His Holy fire. After the fire touched him, Isaiah said “I heard God's call ‘Who shall I send, and who will go for us?’. From the depth of my heart I cried out ‘Here am I! Send me!’” After this encounter with God, he was never the same.
